IPL 2022 All Records | Most Runs, Wickets, Sixes, and Fours

Gujarat Titans defeated Rajasthan Royals in the finals of IPL 2022 and win their first IPL trophy in their season. Gujarat Titans became the second team ever to win the title in their first season. Rajasthan Royals did this in the first season of IPL in 2008.

Many records were created and many more broke IPL 2022. Jos Buttler scored 863 runs and become the second-highest run-scorer in IPL history. His record was only behind Virat Kohli’s huge 973 runs in the 2016 edition.

Yuzvendra Chahal has now taken the most wickets by a spinner in a season. He took 27 wickets. Hardik Pandya won his 5th IPL trophy as a player which is the highest in IPL history.

Riyan Parag (Rajasthan Royals) has taken the second-most catches (17) in a season. AB de Villiers grabbed 19 in the 2016 edition.
