Seth uses kendo stick to hit Cody on the injury. Seth continues to use kendo stick exploiting the injury. Cody is able to gain some control slamming Rollins head into cage. Seth turns the tide and controls the match, slow and methodical attacks.
Rollins puts on Rhodes entrance jacket, pulls a polka dot weightlifting belt that says “Visionary”. Rollins attempts to use the table for an attack, Rhodes gets some temporary space. Rollins is able to position Rhodes on the table, Rollins attempts a frog splash on the table Rhodes moves, Rollins misses the splash.
Rhodes grabs a bull rope and challenges Rollins to put it on. Rollins accepts, the match becomes a impromptu bull rope match. After some action with the rope, Rollins replaces the rope with a table, Rhodes reverses a whip to the table and performs a cross broadens, 1-2 kick out. Rollins is able to turn the tables and power bombs Cody into the table. 1-2 kick out. Another weapon (sledge hammer) via Seth. Sledgehammer is attempted to be used pedigree attempt by Rollins, reversed by Rhodes into a pedigree, 1-2 kick out. Curbstomp by Rollins, 1-2 kick out. Dueling Crossrhodes 1-2, kick out. Rhodes nails Rollins with a sledge hammer, 1-2-3

Cody Rhodes has GUTS!!
The man went out and wrestled with a torn pec. Not only did he wrestle, but he and Seth tore it up in a smart, old school psychology match. Because of WWE’s ban on blood, HIAC has turned into a spotfest lately instead of the violent gore it was originally intended to be. Cody’s injury gave that match an added element that both he and Seth did an amazing job of utilizing.
A massive amount of respect to Cody. He could have easily put this match off in light of his injury. Instead, he went out and risked further injury with a goal of entertaining us all.
