In Indian cricket, both Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni are the two lynch pins, who has put some swashbuckling performance for the team in their career and won some really crucial games and series for the team when it required.
In a limited over cricket, the role of a finisher is crucial, and the role needs to do with its perfection and not everyone in the cricket fraternity can be the finisher, finishing the game it’s an art which very rare off talents possess.
Though in cricket there were some finishers who have put their mark on the game, and for the Indian national team there was MS Dhoni who has done the job for the team for a long spell and in some innings, the southpaw Yuvraj Singh also accompanied him in some innings.

#5 158 vs Zimbabwe, 2005:
In 2005, in their early career the Super Duo finishes off the match for the team India, in the triangular series, the Zimbabwe side put 250 runs on the board and also managed to scalped few wickets as well, India team were five wickets down for 91 runs, team Indian was on the brinks of a defeat against them, at that point of time a wonderful innings was played by Yuvraj Singh where the Indian wicket-keeper batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni supported him.
When the duo was on the pitch, team India was 159 short to their target in just 154 balls, and in that match, Yuvraj Scored a brilliant 120 runs in just 124 balls and Dhoni smashed 67 runs in 63 balls and in that match Dhoni won it in his style by smashing a six for the team.
#4 148 vs Australia, 2009
In that match, Indian bowlers did a wonderful job and they bundle out the Australia team for 229 runs, on the contrary, the Indian team also lost the early three wickets, team Indian was standing on 53 runs for the loss of 3 wickets and at that point of time, Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh came for the rescue.
Both of them showed their temperament and played percentage cricket with perfection and in that match, Dhoni scored an unbeaten 71 runs in just 95 balls and Yuvraj Singh got 78 runs in just 96 balls, because of them India won the series and got the lead of 2-1 against the visitors in that seven-match series.
#3 102 vs Australia, 2013
In 2013 in the shortest format of the game team, Australia gave a mammoth target of 202 runs to the Indian team, in that match team India lost Rohit Sharma’s wicket early, but Raina and Dhawan played some good cricket in the power play but eventually, they also got dismissed.
The rising Indian star at that moment, Virat Kohli also dismissed, and at that time the Indian hero Yuvraj Singh was called upon to save the team after he makes his return to the cricket after recovering from cancer.

In the finals team India was chasing 275 runs against Sri Lankan side where in the early stage team India lost the wickets of Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Shewag, after that Virat and Gautam Gambhir steadied the ship for the team but Virat Kohli threw his wicket away and the captain promoted himself up before Yuvraj Singh and steer the situation for the team, he and Gambhir build good innings together but unfortunately, Gambhir got dismissed for 97 runs and Yuvraj Singh came to the pitch when team India required 52 runs in just 52 balls.
The pair scored 54 runs in just 42 balls and led team India to their second world cup win.
#1 102 vs Pakistan, 2006
The match against Pakistan is considered the mother of ball battles between the teams, in that series both the team, have got one match to their names and in the third and final match was the decision and Pakistan team set 289 runs, team Indian started their innings well, but in the midway through the Indian team was reeling for 190 runs after 35 overs, and the formidable duo Yuvraj Singh and MS Dhoni once again rescued the team from the blushes Yuvraj Singh smashed 87 runs in just 79 balls and MS Dhoni blazed away astonishing 72 runs in just 46 balls guided the team to the victory.
