Overnight ratings and viewership for this week’s episode of SmackDown have been released. According to Spoiler TV and other sources, the blue brand drew an average of 2.147 million viewers in overnight ratings. WWE SmackDown is still consistent over 2 million viewership and doing better than its counterpart RAW.
SmackDown also drew an average rating of 0.6 in the 18-49 demographic, being the number one show for the night.

What happened on WWE SmackDown 3 September 2021 ?
The show was started with an action packed tag team match between Street Profits and The Usos. Street Profits picked up the win via disqualification. Next up was Becky Lynch, who took to the mic to address the WWE Universe but was interrupted by the former champion, Bianca Belair. Bianca challenged her for rematch but Bekcy rejected.
Rick Boogs defeated Dolph Ziggler in single’s match. Cesaro and Seth Rollins fought a single’s match ended up in a non-contest. Rollins attacked with steel chair but Edge made a save. WWE also announced that Brock Lesnar will feature for next week’s highly anticipated Super Smackdown event at MSG.
Adam Pierce and Sonya Deville made the match official between Becky Lynch and Bianca Belair for Extreme Rules. After that Sami Zayn picked up a win on Dominik Mysterio.
Backstage Finn Balor assaulted by The Usos before main event. However, Balor reached to the ring for the match. Roman ended the match with the guillotine hold choking Balor out for the win.
