The 29th season of the Premier League is set to kick-off on 12 September 2020. The date was fixed on 24 July 2020. The final match round of the campaign will take place on 23 May 2021. Liverpool will the defending champions for the tournament.
Premier League Season 2019/20 was affected was COVID-19 and halted for three months. The increased safety measures from the government in late July may mean fans will not be able to attend. However, small number of fans are expected to enter by following strict social distancing.
