Last week, we saw Drew McIntyre challenged Roman Reigns for a match at WrestleMania 35. Beth Phoenix announced that she will be coming out from retirement and will challenge for Women’s Tag Team Championship with Natalya. Elias announced that he will give a special performance at WrestleMania 35.
Now all eyes are moved to Raw 25 March edition. Following are 5 points preview for Raw this week.
Kurt Angle’s farewell tour
Before his last match at WrestleMania 35 against Baron Corbin, Angle is wrestling every week on Raw with uber-talented rising stars. He faced Apollo Crews and Chad Gable for last two weeks. Who will be his next opponent this week? WWE got huge criticism over Angle’s opponent for his last match. Will WWE replace Corbin from someone like John Cena to give a better farewell to Kurt Angle?
Will Reigns accepts McIntyre’s challenge?
In the last three weeks, McIntyre almost destroyed The Shield. He has now beaten two members of the Shield i.e. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. Now he issued a WrestleMania challenge to the Big Dog Roman Reigns. Will Reigns accepts the challenge to save his brothers’ legacy or declined it?
Phoenix and Natalya for Women’s Tag Team titles
Beth Phoenix announced that she is coming out from retirement and issued a challenge to current Women’s Team Team champions The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection (Sasha Banks and Bayley) for WrestleMania 35. But the things are not so easy like Phoenix thinks. Nia Jax and Tamia are also looking for the titles and The IIconics pinned the champions last week on SmackDown Live. What will be the future of Women’s Team Team championship? Who will challenge The Boss ‘N’ Hug Connection for the titles?
Ronda Rousey’s Family affair
The Baddest Woman on the Planet Ronda Rousey brought her husband, Travis Browne to ringside last week during her bout against Dana Brooke. Ronda and Travis even attacked the security squad member who was hired to prevent any incident. Ronda Rousey already announced that she will throw out the rulebook before the WrestleMania 35. How authorities will stop Raw Women’s champion now? Will her challenger Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair make an appearance on Raw 25 March 2019?
Alexa Bliss and Braun Strowman
Last week WrestleMania host Alexa Bliss inserted herself into the ongoing drama between Strowman, Jost, and Che to calm down Strowman. However, Strowman gave one week to his Team Little Big partner to make the peace from “Weekend Update” anchors, who will also be serving as WrestleMania’s Special Guest Correspondents. How Bliss will manage the things this week? Bliss has the challenge to make peace between them for smooth WrestleMania 35 show on April 7.
