Hockey World cup 2018 is organised in India and it is one of the biggest Hockey tournament in the world. Every four years, it had been oragnised by International Hockey Federation (FIH) and was first started in the year 1971.

Belgium won 2018 edition of Hockey world cup against much more stronger team Netherlands. The match was ended 0-0 by full time and stretched to Sudden Death shootout where Belgium won by 3-2. It was the first time Belgium won Hockey world cup.
